Q: What is a sealed ice cup?
A: It’s a pre-filled, sealed cup with premium ice — ready to pair with any beverage.

Q: Does it include a drink?
A: Only at events or markets. Online purchases include the sealed ice cup only

Q: Can I ship it to another city or state?
A: No. Due to the nature of the product (frozen), we currently offer only local pickup or delivery. Deliverys are available in the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas including Joshua tree, Banning and Yucca Valley.

Q: How long does the ice last?
A: It depends on the weather, in hot desert conditions, the ice typically lasts from 45 minutes up to 2 hours, outside in the heat of the desert, especially when kept in the sealed cup or inside a car. For best experience, we recommend pouring your drink right after opening

We offer free local delivery or pickup in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and surrounding areas. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate the most convenient time.

Free Shipping on Bulk Orders
Shipping is free when you order 3 or more Polar Sandz cups (any size). For smaller orders, standard USPS shipping fees may apply.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take 3–5 additional business days depending on your location and selected shipping method (typically USPS).
